Who I Am

I serve as the Managing Partner of MFE Corp - Mobilizing Future Enterprises - where we implement AI and Automation solutions with proven, measurable ROI. We help organizations make smarter technology investments by proving the value before and after deployment. In business, I have learned that the best investments are not just profitable - they are transformational.

I am also honored to serve as a Commissioner in Los Angeles County, the world’s 20th largest economy - larger than Poland, Taiwan, or Belgium. In all my roles, I witness daily the challenges and opportunities facing Black people and I am committed to policies and programs that create real, lasting change for the Black race.

My Story Through Writing

As an author, I explore the questions that matter most to Black people. My first book, Black Mystery, examines Black group dynamics and their diverse perspectives on race relations - giving voice to the honest, sometimes difficult conversations that shape our collective future. My second book, The Real World War, is a Christian fiction exploring the spiritual dimensions of life, death, heaven, hell, and the eternal significance of the choices we make today.

Through both books, I’ve wrestled with questions of identity, purpose, legacy, and what it means to invest in something that outlasts us.

Why Your Black Matters

I have spent my career analyzing returns on investment. I can tell you with absolute certainty: there is no higher-return investment than investing in Black youth.

YBM isn’t just another program, it’s a proven model for transformation. I’ve seen what happens when young Black kids receive mentorship, opportunity, education, and someone who believes in them. I’ve watched lives change, trajectories shift, and futures rewritten.

That is why I have committed my time, resources, and credibility to YBM’s mission.
